 Trauma is not 

“All in your head." 

It's also in your heart,

Your nerves & your stomach. 

Your whole body

It’s in your

Trembling hands, 

Your uneven breathing, 

It’s when you want to cry

Run, scream 

It’s when the panic starts…

It's not just our head 

That went through it

Every cell in our body 

Was there

Even our soul

Trauma não é

“Tudo da sua cabeça.”

 Também está em seu coração,

 Seus nervos e seu estômago.

 Seu corpo todo

 Está em suas

 Mãos trêmulas,

 Sua respiração irregular,

 É quando você quer chorar

Correr, gritar

 É quando o pânico começa...

 Não é apenas a nossa cabeça

 Que passou por isso

 Cada célula do nosso 

 Corpo estava lá

 Até mesmo nossa alma

#219 Little Hurricane (Pequeno Furacão)

She came into my life slowly. As slowly that could be. I didn’t know why,  But she was in distress  And I felt the need to help her. Little by little, I started to know her. Something was changing me. I started to open myself to her. Feelings started to come,  That I thought was long gone… I’ve watched her grow. I saw her raw, the scars and bruises  In her soul. I saw people pointing finger at her, But only few came to her rescue, Like I did. She isn’t her past mistakes. She wants to forget because she forgave  The ones, who, supposedly looked after her. Deep care about her, not just needing her. She became a different woman  And I like that, but she didn’t lost the little girl. That girl inside of her.  She is fire! She is adorable!
