#140 Pain & Numbness (Dor & Dormência)

It came back again.

For so long I am fighting it...

I played games with it.

Believing that wouldn’t 

Affected me again.

But it did!

The pain & numbness is here.

Pain & numbness in the heart.

Silencing my mouth

Wetting my eyes. 

Pain & numbness I invited 

Without knowing.

Shattering my heart 

Into pieces again.

And I am here,

Ones again,

Picking up the pieces

On my own.


Ela voltou novamente.

Por tanto tempo estou

Lutando contra isso...

Eu joguei com ela.

Acreditando que não

Me afetaria novamente.

Mas aconteceu!

A dor e a dormência estão aqui.

Dor e dormência no coração.

Silenciando minha boca

Molhando meus olhos.

Dor e dormência que convidei

Sem saber.

Quebrando meu coração

Novamente em pedaços.

E aqui estou,

Novamente,

Recolhendo as peças 

Por mim mesma.

#219 Little Hurricane (Pequeno Furacão)

She came into my life slowly. As slowly that could be. I didn’t know why,  But she was in distress  And I felt the need to help her. Little by little, I started to know her. Something was changing me. I started to open myself to her. Feelings started to come,  That I thought was long gone… I’ve watched her grow. I saw her raw, the scars and bruises  In her soul. I saw people pointing finger at her, But only few came to her rescue, Like I did. She isn’t her past mistakes. She wants to forget because she forgave  The ones, who, supposedly looked after her. Deep care about her, not just needing her. She became a different woman  And I like that, but she didn’t lost the little girl. That girl inside of her.  She is fire! She is adorable!
